In order to be connected to the program you are required to have a working website with good performance and a decent amount of traffic, or a proven community on social media. Otherwise, the application will be declined. If you were declined but think you are eligible to work with the program and can showcase your business model, please contact support or your personal manager. Programme Restrictions Unless explicitly authorised otherwise by Zavvi, the following Programme restrictions apply: • Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word ‘Zavvi’ or misspellings of ‘zavi’ in the URL. For example, www.Zavvi.com. • Affiliates must not include Zavvi Brand Terms, or misspelt variations of the same, in the sub-domain of their website’s URL. For example, https://Zavvi.affiliate.com. • Affiliates may use correctly spelt Zavvi Brand Terms after the domain of their website’s URL. For example, https://www.affiliate.com/Zavvi. • Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand Zavvi or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes and does not limit to brand + generic word or sentence as well generic word or sentence + brand. Any attempt to register such social media accounts will be a direct breach of the Admitad terms and conditions, in particular section 7. Intellectual Property Rights of the Admitad code of conduct. • Affiliates must not post on any official Zavvi social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage. Zavvi social media platforms include Facebook, Twitter and the Zavvi Community/Forum. • Direct linking to Zavvi websites from paid social media is prohibited. Any affiliates who do not abide by these rules risk having their commissions set to zero and possible suspension. Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on brand terms without prior authorisation. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms (generic is fine). PPC bidding restrictions also apply on Google Shopping/CSS (Comparison Shopping Service). We request the brand keywords stated below to be excluded from all CSS activity. Restrictions include, but are not limited to the following: Zavvi Zavvi.com Zavvi.co.uk Zavvi offers Zavvi Vouchers Zavvi Voucher Codes Zavvi Discount codes Zavvi codes Zaavi, Zavi Please negative match the above terms. These Affiliate PPC restrictions apply to and include The Hut Group parent site, its sister sites and any of its subsidiaries.
