§1 The publisher should take care of the good name of KurJerzy.pl and present KurJerzy.pl in a positive light. Advertisements should not be presented by the Publisher on websites whose content is inconsistent with the law or could jeopardize the good name of KurJerzy.pl. §2 1. The publisher is obliged to refrain from: pornographic content, content that violates the personal rights of other people, content inciting to spread hatred, racism, xenophobia, conflicts between nations or religions, content that violates copyrights or other intellectual property rights, or encourages copyright infringement, including by providing information or materials that may infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights. 2. Using the website for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to good practices, in particular to: unauthorized sharing of files or links to graphic files, music or literary texts and other works covered by copyright in any way, or acting as an intermediary in the illegal sharing of materials protected by copyright, sharing harmful content such as viruses, "Trojan horses", data containing "bugs" or other harmful or destructive elements, as well as hyperlinks to them, posting content or taking other actions violating the principles of fair competition, including unfair positioning of websites in search engines, misleading visitors to the website, in particular as to its owner, the origin of the goods and services presented on it or in any other way. 3. Placement of advertising creations activated automatically after entering the website. 4. Regular and automatic activation of advertising creations using software and obtaining clicks and conversions through agreements between Internet users or by independently activating advertising creations and placing advertising creations in "pay-to-click" or "click-harvester" systems or other systems, scripts, programs or methods designed to generate artificial clicks and conversions. 5. Placing the code of advertising creations in a "pop-up", "pop-down", "interstitial" window or other non-static and non-integral element of the website and on a separate page, launched simultaneously with the actual page. 6. Making access to services offered by the Publisher via the Publisher's website dependent on a click, conversion or action for which the Publisher may receive a commission, as well as offering any material or intangible benefits, including benefits for the website owner or other persons in exchange for the above actions. 7. Sending mass information about the website or redirection contained in a hyperlink to Internet users (so-called spamming), using any medium (e-mail, discussion lists, discussion groups, instant messengers, IRC, etc.) or placing independently and not agreed with KurJerzy.pl advertising creations on a "chain of happiness" website or other website used for mass transmission, as well as placing advertising creations in a way that violates the principles of positioning the KurJerzy.pl website by search engines. 8. Using the code of advertising creations, graphics or content owned by KurJerzy.pl on pages generated in a synonymized manner. 9. Using a website which the Publisher prevents KurJerzy.pl from verifying. 10. Violations of the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Polish Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204).
