About this program

Provided by network

At NOWATCH, we've reimagined wearable technology to support mindfulness over distraction. Our screen-free "awareable" uses advanced biometric sensors to measure stress-related signals like electrodermal activity, heart rate variability, temperature, and sleep. Combined with a beautifully interchangeable design featuring natural gemstones and metals, NOWATCH helps users build resilience and live with greater balance—without notifications or screens. Join our program to be part of a movement that values presence over performance. Help others reconnect with themselves and take a more conscious approach to health and well-being.
