The combination of premium Fairtrade cocoa in organic quality and caffeine-containing guarana has become a real coffee alternative that should not be missing from your everyday life. SUSTAINABILITY As a company, it is important to us to protect the environment and produce our products with as little negative impact as possible. Since September 2021, the entire company koakult GmbH and all products are climate neutral. Together with ClimatePartner, we compensate for the emissions we cause through internationally certified climate protection projects. FAIRTRADE Already since the founding of the company in 2014, the founders of koawach see themselves as cocoa revolutionaries who, together with Fairtrade, ensure transparent and fair value chains. The philosophy of presenting a fair ingredient list led to the joint Fairtrade certification of the cooperative Agrofrut, from which koawach has sourced organic guarana for its caffeine cocoa since 2015. With this process, a previously non-existent Fairtrade standard was created for the important raw material guarana. Since December 2018, koawach can therefore officially use the world's first Fairtrade-certified guarana and be proud of a 100% fair product range, which thereby becomes a Fairtrade best-practice example.
