    Hey Compa! stands for Italian authenticity. Each variety has its own character. Commercially available olive oils generally contain blends of different olive varieties and growing regions—a suitable approach for mass production. Far removed from mass manufacturing, we present to you a true specialty: authentic, single-variety (=monocultivar), extra virgin olive oils, each with a completely individual character shaped by its variety and the soil in which the olive trees grew. From small, independent farms across Italy, we carefully select high-quality oils to deliver to our customers—olive oils that are rarely available outside of Italy.

    Hey Compa! steht für die italienische Authentizität. Jede Sorte hat ihren eigenen Charakter Handelsüblich erhältliche Olivenöle enthalten in der Regel Mischungen verschiedener Olivensorten und Anbaugebiete – ein geeignetes Vorgehen für die Massenproduktion. Fernab jeder Massenfertigung präsentieren wir euch eine echte Besonderheit: authentische, sortenreine (=Monokultivar), native Olivenöle extra mit jeweils ganz individuellem Charakter jedes geprägt von seiner Sorte und dem Boden, auf dem die Olivenbäume gewachsen sind. Von kleinen, unabhängigen Höfen aus ganz Italien wählen wir sorgfältig die hochqualitativen Öle aus, um sie an unsere Kunden liefern zu können – Olivenöle, die nur selten außerhalb Italiens erhältlich sind.
