We ship ordered goods every Tuesday and every Thursday. The idea of offering the world's best meat at local farmers' markets grew during our training in the unique Hanseatic city of Hamburg. Through the versatility of hotel management training in renowned five-star hotels, we were also introduced to star-rated gastronomy. Thanks to our family background in a market vendor family and a merchant family, a special concept quickly took shape. We aim to create access to unique meat varieties and exclusive qualities for market visitors in North Rhine-Westphalia.
