1. Trademark & Keyword Bidding Restriction QEEQ, QEEQ.COM, and all related trademarks, logos, and variations or misspellings thereof ("Trademarks") are the exclusive property of Qompass Voyage Limited. Partners may not: a. Bid on, or allow bidding on, the Trademarks (or any confusingly similar, misspelled, or derivative terms) as keywords on any Pay-Per-Click Search Engine (PPCSE), including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Naver Ads, Yahoo! JAPAN Ads (LY Ads) and Apple Search Ads; b. Use the Trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, destination URLs, meta-tags, hidden text, or domain names; c. Register or use "fat finger" or typo-squatted domains that redirect traffic based on misspellings of the Trademarks; d. Bid on competitor trademarks or terms confusingly similar to them in a manner that implies affiliation with QEEQ. 2. Browser Extension, Toolbar & Push Notification Restriction Partners may not promote, refer, or generate commissionable traffic to QEEQ through: a. Browser extensions, toolbars, or add-ons that inject, overlay, or auto-apply affiliate links, coupon codes, or cashback offers on QEEQ.COM or any site referencing QEEQ, without the end user's direct, knowing action to use such a tool for that specific transaction; b. Push notifications, browser notifications, or similar automated messaging used to redirect, retarget, or re-attribute users to QEEQ.COM; c. Any tool or method that overwrites, hijacks, or last-click replaces an existing valid referral or attribution without a genuine, new engagement initiated by the end user. 3. Enforcement QEEQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to audit partner traffic and activity at any time. Where a violation of Sections 1 or 2 is identified, QEEQ may withhold, reclaim, or deny commissions for the affected period, and/or immediately terminate the affiliate's participation in the Program, without further liability. Non-Commissionable Rate Types 1. Bookings made using the Diamond discount price are not eligible for commission under this program. The Diamond discount price is an exclusive rate offered to users enrolled in QEEQ's Diamond Membership program. 2. Bookings made through "Special Offer Cars" are not eligible for commission under this program. "Special Offer Cars" refers to special discounted or subsidized rates provided by QEEQ. The naming, translation, or presentation of "Special Offer Cars" may vary across different languages or locales within the QEEQ platform. 3. QEEQ reserves the right to interpret and apply the above terms at its sole discretion.
