Brand terms include but are not limited to: ‘TikTok Ads’, ‘TikTok Business’, ‘TikTok’, ‘TikTok For Business’, ‘TikTok ads manager’, ‘Tik Tok ads’. All organic traffic is accepted as a primary method of driving traffic to TikTok. Customer journey: In order to be an Approved Action the customer must, within 30 days of their first referral to the relevant TikTok page: register an account with TikTok to access ‘TikTok For Business’ (including a TikTok Business Center account and TikTok Ads Manager account); and purchase TikTok advertising inventory through the TikTok Ads Manager account. We may refuse to approve Actions at our absolute discretion where we suspect: you are not operating in accordance with the Agreement or best industry practice; you are in breach of any applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including without limitation the Data Protection Act UK (2018), the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (or other local implementations of the ePrivacy Directive) referrals are being generated by bots or other non-human traffic; an attempt has been made to set cookies other than as a result of intentional, voluntary, human interaction with the relevant link; an attempt has been made to impersonate TikTok; an attempt has been made to mislead customers; or you are incentivising traffic to our site, such as by offering gift cards, credit, cash rewards or equivalent to users who click the link and/or offered by you to those who register with TikTok’s service.
