Seit 1900 stellt die Familie Giordano in Valle Talloria, ein kleines Paradies am Fuße der Hügellandschaft der Langhe im Piemont, klassische Weine her. Hier, in einer der stimmungsvollsten Gegenden Norditaliens, die von der UNESCO zum Weltkulturerbe ernannt wurde, produziert die Familie Giordano ihre klassischen Weine. Damals waren die Auswahl und Menge des erzeugten Weins noch gering und die Produktion war für wenige treue Kunden bestimmt. Es folgte eine rasante Entwicklung des traditionsreichen Familienunternehmems. Angefangen mit dem Erwerb weiterer Weingüter und Weinberge, die Vergrößerung der Kellereien sowie die Erweiterung des Angebots und die Verbesserung der Logistikleistungen, wodurch eine Steigerung des Exports nach ganz Europa möglich wurde. Heute ist Giordano einer der größten italienischen Weinlieferanten im Direktverkauf, dessen neue Herausforderung darin besteht, die hochwertige Qualität seiner Produkte auf der ganzen Welt bekannt zu machen.
