Program Terms This program rewards partners for confirmed course purchases by new customers only. Commission is paid on the customer's first confirmed purchase; subsequent purchases, renewals, or plan upgrades by the same customer are not commissionable. We do not pay for trial-lesson bookings, attendance, or unconfirmed, cancelled, or refunded orders. Every partner application is reviewed manually. Being able to apply for a traffic-source category below does not guarantee approval — each application is evaluated individually against the terms below. Site and Content Standards We may decline or remove any partner whose site, channel, or content: Contains sexually explicit material, violence, or promotion of illegal activity. Discriminates based on race, religion, sex, nationality, disability, age, or sexual orientation. Infringes on Kodland's or any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property. Is built to resemble Kodland or could lead visitors to believe it is an official Kodland channel. Uses "Kodland" or a misspelling/variation of it in its domain or site name. Prohibited Traffic Types & Actions The following are strictly prohibited in this program, regardless of traffic-source settings: Google Ads as a paid channel — including Search campaigns and Performance Max (PMax), on brand or generic keywords. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising in any form. Brand Bidding — using "Kodland" or close variations as a paid search keyword on any platform (including routing brand traffic through your own site before redirecting to us). Retargeting/Remarketing using Kodland's brand assets, pixels, or customer lists without written authorization. Pop-up and Click-under ad formats. Spam of any kind. Automatic redirects. Browser extensions, toolbars, adware, or traffic-interception methods (e.g., cookie stuffing, malicious plug-ins, hijacked browsers or URLs, parameter modification). Creating social media pages/groups that use Kodland's name, logo, or brand colors in a way that implies an official channel. Unauthorized distribution of promo codes (e.g., publishing codes on unapproved coupon-aggregator sites). Exaggerated, false, or misleading claims about Kodland, courses, or promotions. Self-referrals (purchasing courses through your own affiliate link to generate commission). Encouraging customer refunds/cancellations after purchase. SMS marketing (unless discussed and approved separately in advance). Important: Any traffic identified as coming from Google Ads or Meta paid advertising will NOT be tracked or paid, regardless of how it reaches us. Tracking and Promo Codes Your unique tracking link (provided upon approval) is the primary method of sale attribution. Kodland uses shared promo codes across the program. Customers enter this code when booking a trial class to connect the booking to your tracking link. Promo codes must ONLY be used within your approved placement. Publishing codes on public coupon sites without approval is prohibited and will invalidate attribution. Active codes have limited validity windows. Partners will be notified of current active codes and expiry dates. Not Eligible for Commission Trial-lesson bookings and attendance. Cancelled or refunded orders. B2B or wholesale orders. Test or internal orders. Any purchase beyond the customer's first confirmed purchase. Requires Prior Written Approval Contact us before running any of the following channels: Non-brand paid search on platforms other than Google. Paid social advertising on platforms other than Meta (e.g., TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads). Media buying / programmatic display advertising. Coupon and deal websites. Cashback and loyalty programs. Email marketing. Comparison websites. Creator / Influencer channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) — all influencer content mentioning Kodland must be approved before publication. Eligible Traffic Sources (Subject to Standard Manual Review) Content sites and blogs. Social media groups and communities. Messenger channels. Banner and display advertising (excluding pop-up/click-under). Mobile app traffic. Lead-call / call-center traffic. Incentive traffic (monitored ongoing; partners with unusually high refund rates may be paused). Prohibited Brand-Bidding Keywords Using any of the following terms (or close variants) as a paid search keyword is strictly forbidden: Exact Brand Name: Kodland Domain: kodland.org Common Misspellings/Typos: Codland, Kodlend, Kodlant, Kotland, Kod land, Kod-land, Kodlands Brand + Intent Modifiers: "Kodland promo", "Kodland discount", "Kodland coupon", "Kodland trial", "Kodland free lesson", "Kodland review" Local-script transliterations (e.g., Cyrillic variations). Compliance & Enforcement Partners are responsible for complying with local advertising, consumer-protection, and data-privacy laws (including affiliate disclosure requirements). Violations may result in order rejections, account suspension, or program removal. If a violation is confirmed after payout, Admitad and the advertiser reserve the right to deduct the commission from future earnings.
