Additional Campaign Guidelines Traffic Quality Only high-quality and relevant traffic will be accepted. Adult websites, inappropriate content, fraudulent traffic, incentivized traffic, or traffic generated through misleading practices are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not use misleading claims, unauthorized offers, fake discounts, or inaccurate product information. Any violation of traffic quality guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination from the campaign and reversal of commissions. Creative & Brand Guidelines All creatives, including banners, mailers, social media posts, promotional content, landing pages and other branded materials, must use approved brand assets. Affiliates must not modify the JACK&JONES logo, brand identity or product creatives without prior approval. Unauthorized use of JACK&JONES branding, product images or promotional assets is not permitted. Communication & Promotions All promotional communication must accurately represent the products, offers, discounts and terms available on the JACK&JONES website. Affiliates must not advertise expired, unavailable or unauthorized offers. Any exclusive or brand-specific promotion must be used only as approved by the JACK&JONES team. Affiliates must not make claims that could misrepresent pricing, discounts, product availability or brand positioning. Paid Search Policy – Strictly Prohibited Activities Affiliates are not permitted to engage in the following paid search activities: Bidding on JACK&JONES branded or trademarked keywords Bidding on derivatives, misspellings or variations of JACK&JONES branded terms Bidding on broad-match keywords containing JACK&JONES branded terms Using JACK&JONES branded terms in combination with competitor keywords Direct linking to the JACK&JONES website through paid search advertisements Using the JACK&JONES brand name in the display URL Using the JACK&JONES brand name in paid-search ad titles, headlines or ad copy Coupon & Cashback Guidelines Affiliates may promote only valid and approved coupons, promo codes and offers. Affiliates must not create or publish fabricated, unauthorized or misleading coupon codes. Cashback or incentive communication must clearly disclose the applicable terms and conditions. Affiliates must not overwrite or interfere with attribution from other marketing channels through unauthorized promotional methods. Brand Bidding & Trademark Compliance Affiliates must respect all JACK&JONES trademarks, intellectual property and brand guidelines. Registration of domains, social media handles or other digital properties that could create confusion with the official JACK&JONES brand is prohibited. Affiliates must not represent themselves as an official JACK&JONES website, account or representative. Violation of any of the above policies may lead to immediate suspension or termination from the campaign and reversal of commissions.
